Posted today, 10/2, on Sideshow's site. Stopped reading comics regularly about 10 years ago, but it looks like Lady Deathstrike to me. What do the more current and knowledgeable Marvel fans think?

i'm glad they are actually doing the X-23 version with armor and the modern Deathstrike costume. I was going to commsion someone to add armor on the X-23 com. but this will do.

Good catch, Looks like it's definitely based on that art work. I should get back into comics again.

This is a David Finch cover so it'll be stylized....they failed IMHO at the Campbell can they nail the Finch look?

Yeah, the Emma Frost PF was supposed to a Campbell copy. Ironically from the Messiah Complex as well.

Met him, very cool guy...anyway, I don't think it will be hard to render his work into statues. His illustrations might be stylized but the'yre much more proportionate compare to Campbell's giraffe-like females!....

I'm telling you. Looking at Campbell's Emma and then the translation, Lady Deathstrike is gonna look like Beak by the end of it.
