Absolutely! The scope of the film is so grand it must be seen on the biggest screen possible. I feel sorry for the people waiting for the blu-ray, they are missing out on an amazing experience.

Yes IMAX is really the only way to see this. I just wish that there was a 2D IMAX option. That would be the ULTIMATE.

Boy I loved this film! It has a certain original Star Wars feeling of awe to it. Its perfect! Also it helps that there's Mako Mori in it.

Gotta buy me a Gipsy Danger, despite my crippled budget.

Yes, absolutely worth seeing in Imax. I was hesitant to see it again on a normal screen, and though I will buy it on BR I'm already disappointed in having to watch it on a television. The scale is so grand that any screen other than Imax seems lacking.

I would say no. IMAX only has the 3D option. And while it's watchable 3D, it's still 3D.

I had a better time watching it on a smaller screen in 2D.

I'd love to know as well. Bbts is usually the last to get most stuff. Has it been released anywhere else yet? I barely grabbed a pre order last week so I'm hoping it comes this month.

I've seen the film 4 times. Twice in imax. Imax is the only way to see this film. And i found the 3d to be awesome and added a lot to the movie for me.

I'm waiting for my 4th IMAX showing to start as I type this. So many mixed emotions. I'm excited because I get to witness it again but I'm also bummed because this will be the last time I get to experience it on the big screen.
