Star Wars is the only movie that I can honestly say that I've watched over 100 times. Anything else doesn't really come close with movies that I've seen in repeat viewings.

IF there was one, it would probably A Christmas Story, I have seen multiple times every Christmas for at least 20 years

I have seen that movie and the Shawshank Redemption... maybe... 20 times give or take.
