Really? Not even after the tapes? I liked him a lot, and I found his "research" about parasites to be very interesting, not to mention he was probably the biggest exponent of the race theme.

And the burger tapes we kinda funny.

I guess I just like wise old people.

I think he is, he's always wearing sun-glasses and has the same glassy eyes without pupils code talker and BB have.

Its not really his character that bothered me, but listening to his tapes, he sounds so boring, every word he utters is drawn out, and it actually put me to sleep. The burger tapes were gold though :lol

I thought that too, but his reactions/mannerisms felt ambiguous enough that he didn't seem like it either.

I’ve seen some people say it's just the way they rendered his eyes that made them look so pale... :dunno

I think he is blind, based on the description for the E3 2013 trailer, “a visionary robbed of his future” its very Kojima-esque to make a metaphor tangible, similar to making Big Boss actually appear as a demon.

Same here, I actually liked him in Portable Ops more than I did Peace Walker.

One thing I’m still confused about, is Miller blind? The game never really gives us answer on that.

Miller wasn't in MPO, unless you count the soldier who saves Snake from captivity whom is voiced by Robin Atkin Downes.

I listened to every single tape, once when I was playing and then I downloaded them from youtube to my phone to listen to while I went running.

I'm practically a parasite/wolbachia/burger specialist at this point :lol

If you use the TPP app for your phone, all of your unlocked tapes will be miraculously transferred to your phone. You can also use the map in real time while playing the game.

Thanks for the info, I didn't know there was an app for TPP, is it the same as the GZ one?

I doubt my phone can take it though, it's a cheap phone with 512mb of ram and the ****tiest process management ever :lol

It's not the GZ app, it's a new app released recently but if you're asking if they're similar, then yeah they are. I love that I could catch up with the Wumbo Parasites exposition while I'm at work. :lol

I know these guys are unpopular, but I really liked the zombie-super soldier thing they had going. Plus their designs would make for good PAKs, I'd especially want one of the Mist and Archaea Unit

Played for over 30 hours. Upto chapter 24. 35% complete. Im so bored of this game! I keep capturing the same outposts over and over. Doing the same prisoner extraction style missions. Its stupidly repetative. FOB infiltration are nigh on impossible, theres bugger all story, but the warehouse bit was brilliant, same with the oil field. Its just a shame theres so little story.

I think im trading this in next week. Cant be bothered to wait with MGO. So disappointed as the gameplay is arguably best in the seried.

@simsim90.
I'd say wait until you beat chapter 30. All the goods will come after that. The first part of this game is but a drag-on but the latter one is amazing.

Ill stick at it then. I swear to go it should allow you to have your men at outposts, allow you to defend them and be able to refil your ammo and a new suppressor, have a few back up weapons like you can select one Shotgun, assault rifle, sniper rifle, handgun and rocket launcher that you can swap-out on the ground. Even use the APC or tanks you fulton, custom your colours on them and have them defend the outpost.

Code talkers tapes were that boring I had to listen to one of them three times because I fell asleep TWICE listening to it and I still didn't get what it was about.

Great sig&avatar combo.

I want to find more Kerberos stuff but it's so rare, so far I only have the anime, the manga, StrayDog and Red Spectacles.

I've been wanting to get the comics but they're so hard to find.

I also have a bunch of the revol figures.

It's like Kojima said ' u rike teh nano mucheens? NAO U GIT PAARASIRTES!' or something

Just done the sniper skull mission to get Code talker. Felt like an old MGS game for 5 minutes. Then it blarts about parasites and the cure will make him infertile, followed by Miller talking about Eli after a really **** 'to be continued' freeze frame. Why dont they put a neon sign above Eli's head saying 'you know who' and cut the ****** opening titles to every damn mission.

And its still annoying me how technologically advanced the 80s are compared to the 'future' mgs games
