I know that..but they spend around half on these. And usually Figuarts start at $42. I spend more on gas than either of these options.

Save your money and get the imported figures, if you are a collector, not worth it

Just checked big bad toy store and hobby link Japan. To buy all 4 of these in mafex will cost around $200.00. That's less than the price of 1 of these as a hot toy.

And about 2.5x more expensive than the price of the Mattel figures. Everyone has a different budget and collecting preference. Hot Toys > Mafex/Figuarts > Mattel when it comes to quality and accuracy but the price points also work the same way.

I just bought the Mattel versions myself. I won't be getting the Hot Toys versions, and I probably won't get the Mafex either. Just stating prices that I found on line. Buy whatever you want it's your money.

just a heads up for Canadian buyers who might shop at toysrus. Some will price match with amazon.com (carelessness on their part) and allow you to get everything you can match at US tag , so example, you can price match the multiverse figures that go around 24$ before taxes for 19$ canadian after price matching minus taxes

haha thanks! I have the Mafex Batman and Armored Batman on pre-order, so the Mattel versions will hold me over until the Mafex versions ship this summer (ugh, so far away).

These are $19.99 at my store. Add on the $8 shipping to the imports... it is $50 then. I assume everyone spends more on gas than 6" figures......

Many collectors collect 6" figures from Hasbro and Mattel..... so... they are worth it for many.

I truly believe that just about any figure can be made about 100 times better by just adding a simple black wash. And these new Batman V Superman figures are no exception. After a simple black wash the armored Batman and standed Batman go from almost cartoony looking to simply badass. Definitely improved the look of these two figures and both of these will do my shelf proud ....that is until the mafex figures come out next summer lol.

Believe it or not I've tried them all, but my best results and what I'm using now is a black paint pen from Walmart diluted with 70% alcohol mixed and then brushed on and then wiped off, rinse and repeat. For whatever reason that paint pen in alcohol mix works the best for me. No idea why

Okay Im convinced that, with a little fixing up, that Batman would look great. I'm gonna smooth out that dumbass texture on his cowl and fill in those awful pinholes, add a cloth cape and repaint the whole damn thing, and it will be a sweet figure!

I love the plastic capes on these. I hate when they use fabric capes. Really cheapens the look of the figure to me.

Here is my custom Knightmare Batman -- I used the 6" basic figure, added the coat from a Marvel Legends Punisher. Repainted entire figure in colors you see. Added some odds and ends pieces for his thigh straps and pounches, used pieces from cut black fabric for the wraps on his gauntlets, thick black shoe-lace for his scarf, and the goggles were cut from a previous custom on a Marvel Legends movie Winter Soldier figure:
