Scratch Built shoulder minigun done!
I'm pretty happy with the end result. The gun can be repositioned or removed easily. I had to keep its length short so that it can still fit inside my besta. Check it out:

My SS war machine arrived last week. Couldn't help but make some modifications…. The arm holes needed filled in pretty bad IMHO.
This piece has great presence, love it.

Awesome custom job on the War Machine bust
I really like the battle damage a lot!!

Working on a new custom bust. This one is the HCG alien 1:1.
I got this thing for $68 because it was mangled in shipping.
The face was destroyed and the dome was shattered. I was pissed, but it certainly saved me a ton of money. I've been sculpting the fragments of the dome back into a solid piece I can paint.
I loved the clear dome, but for this price… it's easily the best deal I've ever got on a collectible. I'll post pics when it's all done.

Here are a few photos of the $68 HCG bust.
The dome still needs a few spots smoothed out, but it's coming along. The original sculpt lacks some detail, so I think I can get away with a few minor imperfections. I managed to find all the little shards of the mount tendons and glue everything back together. That was a true feat of patience (while digging through packing peanuts).
I'm adding clear drool to the mouth later today. Have a look.
