Small update. I repainted the original OXMOX head, and now have it on display. Pretty Happy with how it turned out:

I tried to rework this statue to integrate parts of the sculpted clothing. I didn't want to cover up everything, or he'd look too fat. It's a fine line.

I thought he did a decent job and improved the statue but you have took it a step further.
Really wish I had the space and picked this up back then.

Looks great as a stand alone piece.

Can I ask what the weathered , rusted robot is that is not in your cubes to the left of your chairs ??? I always notice it but not sure where its from . such an awesome looking bust.


Edit ; just found it, the ABC warrior ... always catches my eye. Looks so good that piece.

That t600 is definitely well done overall. I don't know how I missed it while gathering reference images for mine. Good find!

Updates... I've been sitting on this project for awhile, since I was working on the life size T-600.

I picked up this IG-88 bust kit in the spring. The piece arrived with some annoying issues. After a lot of TLC, I think it came out pretty cool. I repainted the whole bust, and added a few little finishing details. The nameplate is removable. Check him out:

So, I've been fooling around with a new statue I got last week. I was finally able to find a 1:4 HCG synth at a decent price.

Here's a summary of the upgrades, and a few in-progress shots.


  • Re-sculpted leather details on the shoulder pads (since there was none...)
  • Shortened and re-sculpted the way-too-long index finger
  • Corrected hand color to black
  • Added real wires to joint areas and waist
  • Drilled out the perforated panels on the arms
  • Re-scuplted the rifle with a transparent scope, ribbed shoulder pad, and hollow barrels
  • And, topped it off with a weathered paint job.

Amazing setup. My favourite bit is the carbonite door. Where did you get that?
