More or less. Anything that is in an edition of more than ten is mass produced. They're painted in factories, and in some cases, have little clothes and accessories - toys.

I dunno. When I think of anything less than 10 I think of commissioned pieces. When I think of mass produced, I think of things like NECA and Matty that have edition sizes in the hundreds of thousands if not millions.
