Might not be Worth the R&D cost as it would only spread over Yodas figures while human (led) arms can be ued for multiple characters.

Most of the casino stuff I actually find pretty harmless and tolerable...up until they start riding around on the horse creatures in a ridiculous action sequence. That's the only part of the movie I'd really want to edit out myself.

I liked it better since it cut out a lot of the humor that I didn't think was that funny and took me out of the scenes a bit. As far as the casino goes, DJ didn't really add much for me other than exposition on good versus bad and how there are people that are in the gray area (I think Rogue One covered that murky ground more subtly). But watching the fan edit it doesn't make total sense how Finn and Rose suddenly are on the enemy ship. Interestingly though, onw result is that the drawn out slow-motion chase happens far quicker.

I actually forgot some of the more intricate details of TLJ, since I’ve only seen it twice in December.

IMO I think the OT Yoda was a miss; I'm guessing I'm not the only one cause it's still available at SSC.

They probably made a lot though, and it’s on last chance at SS. :wink

I just don’t think we can make statements like this since we don’t know any of the edition sizes for these figures. It’s unfortunate as it would be more fun to play armchair HT executive if the numbers were out in the open.

I was torn on this Yoda. He looks too much like an angry old woman. Think I'll give him a miss as I'm happy with the OT version.

:lol :lol :lol:rotfl

Anybody have the ESB figure considering getting this one? I don't have a Yoda yet and am trying to decide between getting this one or getting the ESB one now.

ESB one is classic with a good diorama but this new one has the dynamic stand and his light saber..... what were your thoughts for going the way you did? (xpost on ESB thread as well)

I have both sideshow versions and will have both HT versions. Need them for my displays.

As much as my preference would be for a Yoda from ESB, the figure just doesn't capture the look of the puppet very well in my opinion, and the AOTC seems to be a much better representation.

Plus the lightsaber does give you more fun posing possibilities.

I see they go for Dooku duel faceskulpt. It would be great if they included a second headsculpt with a calmer expression.

Is anyone selling their ESB version to replace it with this one?

I’m kind of toying with the notion of selling my ESB version for this one instead. Even though ESB is the Yoda I prefer, I think this Yoda looks more like the Yoda it’s supposed to look like more so than the ESB one does. More of an accuracy/quality over preference thing.
