going to customize him to my liking…plenty of work needs to be done..

I have been planning to buy this for ages as a huge predator fan but I recently found the Terminator DX13 for only £40 more on eBay from a good seller. I missed the DX13 and do really want it also but don't have the money for both. God dammit Hot Toys why you gotta be so damn good...

You guys recommend one over the other as right now I'm completely torn!

Aaaaaaannnnnd since it always looks like Fedex plays a few rounds of volleyball with their packages during shipment, not surprisingly the inside got damaged. A big crack in the tray and a quill either broke off or was never glued on to the head. Also, it's funny that the instructions said not to try to remove the head because it is not detachable, while mine came decapitated. In fact, the major damage to the plastic tray is right where the head is supposed to be.

Aside from all that, it's a great looking figure but I'd prefer it to be complete, in one piece and with the packaging in decent shape. I'm going to double confirm that they know to double box each order when it's ready to ship.

I never found the quill so that part could have been a qc issue, but still, it could have fallen somewhere in the box and I just didn't see it. I find it strange that the outer packaging wasn't damaged in any apparent way. Though, naturally the shipper was banged up as it always is with Fedex. I'm waiting for a reply from Sideshow.

Same here. I was a little worried when I took the slip cover off the box and noticed that his head was clearly separated from his body in the box. Additionally, one of his gauntlet blades had come loose and was not in the place where it was supposed to be. Luckily, I was able to get the head back in place with no trouble and nothing appears to be broken, damaged or missing.

My seven year old son explained to his Mom the other day that the reason Elder has blue dreads is because he is older just like how humans hair goes white.
Proud moment for a Dad.
