His powers seemed a bit crummy in my eyes.
And if it were ME that owned that cool sub, and that clown went up on deck and destroyed the plane(And subsequently the mutant who was holding my sub in the air), causing my sub to be thrown onto the beach and split in half, i would chop him into tiny pieces and feed him to the fishes, lol.

I don't think Red Skull was either, or The Destoyer (not sure on that one).

I don't believe Whiplash was referred as that.

I'm pretty sure Red Skull was named that.
One of the inspecting Nazis said "Ze Fuhrer feels, *how did he put it?*, Ze Red SKull has been indulged long enough".
And they mentioned the Destroyer by name too.
Didn't the call harvey "Harvey Two face" early on in the movie, like he was a two-faced character.
I could be wrong. I haven't seen that movie in a few weeks.

I remember now. It was in Gordon's office i think.
They called him Harvey-two-face from his time in internal affairs in the GCPD.
So it was established.
