I had to file down the top of my Thor (TDW) figure’s head to get that helmet on but it was worth it ...high risk but high reward

Just got my DW Thor head back from a commission by Shane Poole. Simply incredible what a difference the hair can make to a sculpt.

Yeah that is a really great job on that head. Seeing it next to an I modified version really highlights the stark difference!

I hope you find one, he is a really good figure and has aged very well in my opinion!

I have the heavy armored version and modified the wings on his helmet so that it looks similar to the one pictured above. He looks great now, unfortunately because of the modifications I had to do to his head to make the helmet fit, there is no way to display him without that helmet ...but I don’t mind.

Oh no, it doesn't surprise me if he was selling for more than retail because he is a really nice figure.
