Hot Toys Batman cowl mod(1989, returns and BvS)

Just wondering if anyone has tried to modify any of the Batman cowls so they could have a more natural rotation. It makes it hard to put them in simple side profile poses since the whole cowl moves with the head. Thanks in advance!

The real thing wasn't flexible at all and didn't allow for neck rotation.

You're right. What about the BvS Batman? That one seems to have some give.
