I presume they're just waiting to make one from The Marvels. But it's definitely one of those decisions that is head scratching.

I will say the purple and black on Cassie looks fantastic, I could be interested in that figure. This one though, I'm gonna need a better sculpt, which they've said is on the way as this one is only a work in progress. The last key avenger I'd like displayed in my collection

Hot Toys really putting those moving eyes in nearly all brand new sculpts lately. Guess we can thank InArt for that. This and Wasp look pretty good but probably not for me.

It's not Rudd but at least the sculpt doesn't look utterly ridiculous.

If I get an Ant-Man it'll be his last appearance. All of his suits are too repetitive for me. And I don't really care for him in the comics, I mostly just like Paul Rudd. That said, where's Klawng?! I gotta have my Klawng ASAP! Klawng! Klawng! Klawng! Give me Klawng, I can't wait much more! I gotta get my clowny groove back on! Klawng!

What confuses me is that they keep stating the he sculpt is a work in progress, then why are they showing so many pictures of it. Hopefully they are working on a changeable mouth piece. I don't see a smile on his face.

I actually think it's a pretty decent likeness myself, and far better than the last two attempts. But I'm not really loving this new outfit.

Looks like another good Ant-Man figure! While the new suit is nice, I think I still prefer the AM&TW version, I think that's my fav of all his suits.

Hmmm, it does seem a bit strange they haven't put up at least Ms Marvel, but yeah for now it seems like they're waiting out for The Marvels.

Yeah for sure a Cassie figure would look striking with her black and purple suit! I'll be curious to know if they do end up releasing her along with AM and TW from this line.

Agreed! I think it looks quite identical to the CW sculpt, so maybe they're working on the newer head sculpt behind the scenes.

I think Wasp looks great in general and by the looks of the suit material, easier to pose in the legs. It took this long to get anything close to comic accurate -- well I guess this is more 'comic-reminiscent'. Agreed on the Soccer Mom hairstyle. Way to make a striking actor look lame.

But allow me to wax percussive on this equine corpse for a moment:

MCU superhero suits have been pretty boring for a long time now, following the same general pattern for panel lining and go-faster lines. Everyone looks the same and over-designed to boot.

If they had invested the time to give everyone a more distinct look, the multiple panels and 'techno' look on these suits would have made sense in-world given their integration of extreme technology, but as it is I guess everyone in the MCU universe goes to the same designer.

And his name is Meinerding.

Imagine an MCU where the character costumes were given the same care and distinction as ones in Middle Earth for the original LOTR films. You know, as if someone cared.



*EDIT: At least Nu-Spidey looks very cool, and some of the classic Iron Man marks are an accomplishment. Not everything sucks.

Agreed...I think that's the best sculpt as well. Even though it is a "half sculpt"
