The coins and the button is supposed to be on that little compartment. Mine was also out of place but was near his head not his feet.

Mine had both jackets, but missing the revolver. Definitely been opened, cause I got two coins and two stand posts. I think two extra hands and regular head sculpt.

I got a Cobra Trooper from them that the box was clearly torn open and the rifle was missing. I tried mulitple times to explain the problem to Hastings and get a replacement (since they still had the trooper on their website). They suggested I just return the defective item and re-order the item. Problem was I ordered it when it was on sale like this (I got it for $25ish) and it then went back up to $90ish. So yeah, I didn't return it. Looking back, I should have placed a new order and returned that 'new' item that was defective. I had to do that on a Mattel SDCC item. 
Yes I checked the side flaps, I already have a Two Face, just wanted another to pose as Harvey. I also ordered two DX02 with GoHastings.com for $119 and everything came mint. I guess i can be a testament that GoHastings truely is a hit and miss. The box is also beat up to hell with scratches so I am returning it.

Yeah, unfortunately they pull stock from each individual store and their inventory management system isn't very accurate so they tend to oversell stuff. It happens when you order direct off their website too.

They aren't released as far as I can tell. I get coupons and emails from then occasionally, but they have never mentioned those sales. The Trooper and Harvey both just showed up cheap on their Amazon storefront, which now means I check that a few times a week (and as far as I can tell, those cheaper prices are not reflected or honored when you order directly from gohastings.com either).
Speaking of, my Harvey came in today. In a box, and misb with only a little shelfwear. Suit needs some major futzing, and good grief do I dislike truetypes, this is the 2nd knee joint that came all screwy and loose, broke the last one just sticking the prong into the lower leg half, and almost did it with Harvey too.
Otherwise, fine figure. Great for $50. Thank god for double back tape though.
