Okay....lord this was time consuming. I was comparing the TTM20 body to Bane's and decided that the TTM20 body wasn't right for Bane...so I did the original arm swap...now here's where it gets interesting...I've seen in other posts that the TTM20 arm posts are bigger than Banes original arm posts...well mine where smaller on the TTM20 arms...just thicker...I might have read wrong but I thought the circumference of the post on the TTM20 was larger...mine where actually smaller..go figure...I had to shave thickness down so it would fit into Banes body....I also put the TTM20's leg pegs which are longer on Bane to give him more height...all I'm waiting on now is Snooks pants and I'm debating whether doing the boots...but I can't customize for ****...so that's the only thing stopping me...some quick pics...gonna tap out for tonight.

Looks good dude. Is that jacket belt different from the one that came with the trailmaster? I can't get mine to wrap around the body.

I started taking pics but got frustrated and then didn't care about pics. Shortrounds is way better but here's my half *** tutorial.

Peel this off by heating and carefully ripping the seam.

Looks like this when done. There's glue in the 'boxes' on the chest and back. Be careful.

Unscrew the back and you'll have this. Then remove the arms.

Match the arm pegs and you're good. Top is the double jointed arms, bottom is the Bane arms.

Then you'll be able to do this.

One thing I forgot to do is add the shirt under the vest. He wears it when wearing the coat. Threw it on already and looks a lot more accurate.

Thanks brotha! And that's the same belt that came with jacket...It took pliers and a lot of patience I had to adjust and maneuver the belt from the back, avoiding bulky parts from back of vest...then with my thumb on one end of belt and pliers holding the other end I carefully brought both ends together. When u get i thru buckle you wont have much belt sticking thru...u can see alil bit peeking thru buckle in my pic. Hope that helps

Ive had Bane for 3 days and have seen Rises probably 5 times, and I cant even figure out whats wrong with the nose. I would probably need to see a comparison pic.

The mask is a tad undersized. When you look at the headsculpt the obvious issue is that the mask is sitting too low, but compare it to another HT sculpt and you can see that their chins stop at the same area. The problem isn't the mask sitting too low, it's the mouth piece being undersized.

The mask should have the side-most teeth on the top row directly under the eyes with no cheek showing, but the figure's eyes are sitting too far up, revealing too much of his cheek.

Of course, like everybody I feel that this sculpt is crazily good, but once I know the issue that's there I can't help but notice. Frankly though, this figure is the bomb.

Anyways, crappy pics of my fig:

Pulled down the pants and it made a HUGE difference to the posture/ appearance.

Bane box plain simple sturdy unless it been stood on by 100 people like a picture someone posted.

I was pissed cause mine was actually destroyed and crushed the stand. Plus I'm spending 200 on a figure I expect the box to not only have protection use and also display use. Unfortunately, these boxes are the bane of my wife's existence.

at the end of the day, i am in the "who cares, it's a box" camp, but ~

i'd be disappointed if it was totally destroyed on arrival. you deserve the experience of opening a fresh crisp box!

i really like the box design for bane ~ it's not a battle to open, it's pretty, has some interesting texture. wish hot toys would use foam instead of plastic.

at the end of the day, i am in the "who cares, it's a box" camp, but ~

My only issue with it is it has 3 different plastic lids. WHY?!?!
