i want to take a crack at replicating the headset Bane uses in the stadium scene. probably going to order some 1/6 headsets and mess around with them. anyone else doing this?

I was initially thinking of doing this to go with my multi-accessory set for Bane, but I ended up giving up on it.

Still, it's a great idea nonetheless (if a bit laborious), it could give your Bane more posing options too.

I believe Zach is doing the same , we both posted great high res screen shots in this thread about 10 or so pages back , so you can get a good idea of what you wll need when shopping.

I also picked up a vest and head as I got a ttm20 body so I figured might as well do one in the jacket and one in the vest or I would have had the extra body just sitting there.

I got my order confirmation thru email and paypal reciept but when I login on toy anxiety it shows no order history. Is it because it hasn't processed thru their system?

Congrats It probably hasn't processed yet , if you got the confirmation email & a paypal email , you should be all set.

Were there a few in stock when you ordered? worst case you got cart jacked I hope you didn't

Sideshow had this guy listed as In Stock and ready to ship this morning when I ordered, but changed their statues to In Stock, Shipping in 1-2 weeks. I called them and they told me that only preorder sales and if you ordered yesterday it will go out today, but anything ordered on today will take 1-2 weeks Just my luck

Okay....lord this was time consuming. I was comparing the TTM20 body to Bane's and decided that the TTM20 body wasn't right for Bane...so I did the original arm swap...now here's where it gets interesting...I've seen in other posts that the TTM20 arm posts are bigger than Banes original arm posts...well mine where smaller on the TTM20 arms...just thicker...I might have read wrong but I thought the circumference of the post on the TTM20 was larger...mine where actually smaller..go figure...I had to shave thickness down so it would fit into Banes body....I also put the TTM20's leg pegs which are longer on Bane to give him more height...all I'm waiting on now is Snooks pants and I'm debating whether doing the boots...but I can't customize for ****...so that's the only thing stopping me...some quick pics...gonna tap out for tonight.

Really like this figure...and it's weird too...he comes light in terms of accessories yet he has so many different poses and scenes from movie with just a change of clothing...really impressive.

Watching Rises now. In some shots Bane's leather jacket looks almost brown, not black. Wonder if drybrushing the Trialmaster jacket brown would help.

The difference could be between the TTM-20 and the T-800 bodies are slightly different.

I still use the post from Bane body and just swapped the arms as i didnt want to do irreversible mod for both of the bodies.
