That's risky for such expensive items. I hope you know everyone well enough!
how much was she at your local con?
I know. I am taking a risk. But they have now been on my desk for 3 days and they are still here and nothing has gone missing. Everybody thinks they are like $50 figures and the few people who know that they are around $180-$250 a figure won't even touch them or go near them. Plus a few coworkers have toys displayed on their desk.
she was going for 240 and ppl were buying, i couldn't justify paying 50$ more when i just got one a few weeks ago, seeing hawkeye next to her at 400 makes me wonder if she'll get up to that price range, hmmm anywho glad i held out as SS came back into stock, its a real shame the 25$ code doesn't work with her, what a deal that would have been
I have an office full of toys... cheap ones. When I go away on vacation, or even to the bathroom, I sometimes come back to find people moving them around and putting them in funny poses. Having stuff like that in an office is asking for trouble. I would never put a $200 figure out
So I got my third widow coming from SS next week. So I decided to try the BD look or Chitauri fight scene she had toward the end here is some WIP pics
nope. same figure, but one is awesomely customized
from what i've seen, it comes down to how the hair is positioned
is it paint or dirt?

no way would I use dirt or especially ruin the suit with paint.
It's actually a ingredient called " Movie Dust " it's actually almost the same dust they use on movie sets to wether the clothes. It's easily to brush on and it stays pretty well. but it's easy to wash off if you want. The face I weathered by lightly brushing artist's charcoal. The combo of both work great together. I used it on my Indy custom and of course this too.
