I got Sam and Frodo from them as well and just recently the DC Joker figure. All the boxes were pretty damaged, the Sam box was literally trashed but the fig was fine. Definitely do not order anything from them you do not intend to open and ditch the box on.

But they handle returns very well and are quick to turn it around.

Only issue...

if you did it via Amazon, it's refund only and you have to re-place your order.

thats weirder than when I received a 4" Obi-Wan instead of the SSC version. At least mine was the same character.

At least I could see where they could make a mistake there. Whoever packed mine, really must not pay attention. Han Solo is quite a bit off from Captain America.

My $70 V1 Joker arrived today in prime condition. The outside box was a bit flimsy, but they bubble-wrapped the merch well enough so that nothing happened in transit. I hope my $30 Han Solo arrives in the same condition...

Tatooine Luke arrived today. Box had some shelfwear but it's ending up in the attic anyway.

Figure looks nice but appears to have one leg longer than the other. He's going to end up standing with a lean to the left because of it. Weird.

Here I was thinking mine was the faulty one that got past quality control. My Luke has two right shoes, had to break out the super glue because the droid caller broke, the unlit lightsaber came apart in the middle, and the clip on the back of the binoculars snapped off other than that I do like the figure..... maybe there's a glue shortage in China lol ! :emperor
