Funny you should mention that. Battle of the Planets/G-Force is my absolute favorite anime ever. I've got the Gatchaman series on DVD. Too bad the toys for this series suck.

There were plans of releasing a movie, but I'm not sure at this point if it has been scrapped or on hold:

I remember one episode when Jason was racing with this beautiful girl in a sarfari race. He fell in love with her, but it turned out that she was an andriod working for Zoltar. She also liked Jason and wanted to be with him. Zoltar found out, and hit the self destruct button on her. Then, her face started to crumble revealing that she was an andriod, so she covered her face so that Jason wouldn't see her in her android state, and jumped out of the window of Jason's appartment, killing herself.
I remember watching that eposide as a kid at 5 years of age, going "WOW!" Cartoons were pretty intense back in the day.

Yesss! I love that one. Have it on DVD. The clips from the cartoon helped me remember.
