Ghostbusters reboot with all-female leads

I can see this thread spiraling out of control again with the pointless agendas from both the pro and (mainly) con factions of this movie.

And for the record; I didn't bother to see this movie because I had no interest in the franchise after seeing Ghostbusters II.
