Its not terrible.
But I do have to agree that compared to his Russian-Cyborg-Bondage-Assassin look from TWS its a little more mild.
I do prefer it to his Wakandan Jesus look though.

I hope by the end of the series Bucky will upgrade his outfit to look like the concept art Marvel revealed several months back .. with white star on his shoulder.

That's a fantastic description. I think that look will always be my favorite.
However, I appreciate that his appearance changes so radically from one movie to the next. It helps keep the collection varied. xD
He's a bit of an unsettled character, so who knows where he'll end up (or what he'll be wearing) next.

My favorite MCU character. But yeah. Prefer long hair and more...weapons. Still, Stan hinted way back the arm has some yet unseen capabilities. Suppose he needs to blend in for a while too.

No doubt she'll be a love interest for either Sam or Bucky....heaven forbid, maybe even a dreaded love triangle.

I doubt it - Emily Van Camp faced so much backlash and criticism after just being a love interest in CW, I doubt she'd agree to come back if she was going to be given the same treatment for this. Hopefully the writers of FATWS are aware of this and aware that shows don't need a love interest to make them worth watching and Sharon's character can add more to the show without being a love interest

Also I'm a fan of the new Bucky look. I'm still holding out that Stan will eventually put on the Stars and Stripes on Bucky's path to redemption.

IDK, I thought she was fine in CA:TWS and in CW everything up to the kiss was good (heck, she even got to have some brief hand-to-hand combat action when Bucky escaped). But now they've established that 100-year-old super soldiers are her type, so if she hooks up with Bucky it won't shock me at all.

Well, Disney+ just announced a Nick Fury show, so maybe there's still time. I could see it for sure spinning out of the end of F&WS.

He's still at BBTS for now. IMO still one of the finest in my collection, like DS #1 and suspect, Mando v1 will be. It was one of those times just think someone at HT loved what they were doing. Or like with Hela's magnificent sculpt and paint - IW Buck is like having a mini Seb Stan on the shelf.

Like I still feel a bit dubious about the new Loki; some of the costume looks a bit cheap - paint vs real detailing.

Anyway dunno about Bucky but will probably go for Falcon for sure. If u can display with wings open just looks amazing and badass on shelf. Always liked Sharon Carter no matter what writers got up to in films; maybe new director will dump any romance angle. Certainly Cara Dune's camaraderie with Mando and BW's relationship with Cap was appreciated by fans, without all the required romance BS. I might even go for Zemo - really liked the film portrayal.

Re the new Bucky pic (thanx for posting jmann!) hmmm - that's better. Lots of details. Lots of seaming like Ragnarok Loki. Nice re-interpretation of TWS look - Except *pleather* tho so far my pleather has held up under glass.

And HT needs to upgrade zippers for figs like this.
If Bucky really is in dark blue vs. black and it's not just the lighting that's kinda interesting for the shelf. A throwback to the original TWS custom jacket.

I don't require my superheroes to have good fashion sense (God knows I don't lol), but you'd think at the very least they'd make the piping & buckles a complementary color (i.e., gold). Then again, maybe that pic is from early in the series and he'll end up giving it a new paint job. Gloss black with blood red highlights in lieu of gold could look pretty sweet.

Yeah. Tho the effect on film may be different with color grading. That's some pretty harsh lighting. The IW jacket is bluish and the HT looks pretty good; the arm paint is impressive.

TWS figure is the Bucky I'll ever need but if they make Zemo from this show, I'll definitely get that. Possibly Batroc too.

Yeah that looks good. Mackie is probably pretty happy about it too. From what I understand he was pushing early on for a more "falcon outfit" after seeing the costume from TWS.
