Globally today, a lot more muslims probably support Shariah than those that don't.

The Quran taught equal rights of men and women long before the concept became accepted in the modern world

https://www.womeninislam.ws/en/

As an example, a sign of the respect afforded to women in Islam is evidenced by this story:

A man once asked the Prophet to whom he should show the most kindness. The Prophet replied: "Your mother, next your mother, next your mother, and then your father." (Sunan of Abu-Dawood)

Then something went horribly wrong somewhere down the line. I feel sorry for these muslim women in the Middle East who have zero rights because of a religion that intended on them having equal rights with men.

The Massachusetts Witch Hysteria of 1692 occurred well after the European witch-hunts under the Inquisition. Over two centuries after the Malleus Malificarum was published. They were also Protestant, whereas the European idiocy was primarily Catholic.

So yeah, when the Puritans were being theocratic tyrants in Massachusetts, they were a fringe group. Not sure how it excuses theocratic ambitions in Islam either way. Moral equivalence to witch-hunters isn't exactly a credit to that great majority of Sharia devotees.

You don't see the relation? Both are just perversions of dogma.

:lol

What on earth does that matter when you have the majority of the dogma's adherents abiding by the perversion??

So they're perverse. Ok. They are legion. They also don't care that you, or intothevoid, or any of us don't consider their worship to be true Islam. intothevoid won't even take the plunge and deny that they are true Muslims. So where does that leave all of this patience and understanding? What is your point? I'm not seeing anything other than a demographic (that could make the Massachusetts Puritans blush) assimilating Europe into itself at an alarming rate. Didn't Europe get themselves out of that once? Was it good for them to have done that? So why is it unacceptable to say that having it happen to them again is bad/evil/wrong? Because a scant few of the dogma's faithful disagree with the way the greater mass of their brethren practice? That's why it's wrong to condemn the Islamicization of Europe?
