EU Transit Delays?

He told me in the e-mail i got this past Monday that if i didnt get a tracking number by Friday to contact him and he would look into it. And i did that last night so now i just have to wait for a responce. My order has said "In transit to the EU" for a month now. If this was a pre-order item it would suck and i would wonder what the holdup was but i knew it would arrive eventually. But this was a in stock item (sold out now) that i bought with the money i got for my birthday, so all this waiting and delays sucks more.

Does the EU warehouse only ship stuff out Thursdays or Fridays? It's stupid you only have one or two days to look forward to a tracking number and if nothing shows up, you have to wait one more week until you get it.
 
I had one of my items delivered (SSE Elsa Lanchester Bride PF), the T-850 Arnold bust is still missing.
Also, since when does the EU warehouse check for shipping damage?

I think if the box shows up damaged, they make sure the item is ok. They did that with my Spider-Man 1:1 bust last year. It arrived to the EU warehouse damaged so it was delayed a few weeks until they got a new one from the US.
 
I've mailed the again about my piece. This is the email that i've recieved september 11th:

Thank you for your email. Your order has been received into our EU warehouse. We are anticipating your order leaving our EU warehouse in the next few business days. We apologize for the delay in the arrival of your order.

If i don't have a tracking number by Thursday i'll mail them again
 
Nocturne when did you recieved that message? BTW this is not that automatic mail that everyone recieved about the custom delays ;)

Yeah I know, I got it on Wednesday 10th from a Julianna Shilliday. But is the same line you got. That it will be leaving the warehouse in the next few business days. I work in a place where only a few people ship things the length of time they've taken even after the customs delay is ridiculous.
 
Is weird though every single e-mail message I receive from sideshow goes into my yahoo spam box even though I tell it every time that it's not spam.

Although it strangely seems to think offers for fake rolexs and viagra is legitimate mail
 
So how long does it usually take to recieve a pre-ordered item from sideshows site once they take your money? Just a bit curious.
 
My story:

I put an order for the Exclusive Hot Toys Predator 2 Battle Damaged. The order was confirmed and charged on the 9 of July.

It apperared as "in transit to EU wharehouse" for 5 weeks. I started to worry and get upset and wrote an email to SS Customer Dept. They told me the box was damaged in transit and I should be getting a new one soon.

On the 7 of spt I finally received my figure. After 2 moths of being charged.

Not only I consider to have payed a OVERPRICED shipping cost for 2 moths delivery time, $67! But on top of that no initiative from SS EU dept to communicate the service was going to take more time than expected.

So I wrote a letter to let know my complaints to the EU Customer Dept more than one week ago and I have yet no answer.



Heck, I remember 2 years ago I had a delay for 2 weeks after being charged and I was reimbursed half the shipping cost. I really fely they care then, now it feels like is a different story, which is sad, because SS had always a TOP customer service. One of the best I've found.



Now, I'm thinking of returning the figure and being refunded and tell them I will avoid direct bussiness with them unless is neccesary. I'm a customer that has spent around $4000 maybe more on SS merchandise, from their first days. I feel they should be more attentive to us.

I really feel dissapointed. :(
 
I believe it's two swallows carrying it by a strand of creeper :lol

Really hope the Machiko I've got on order with them doesn't take this long to show up
 
This sounds bad, from what I had heard the Customer service from SS was exemplerary. Maybe things are changing? Gonna keep my order with SS for now and just watch the forum for updates! Cheers guys.
 
Yet another day rushing home from work to see if that e-mail's there to find....nothing. If I've not got one by tomorrow I'm e-mailing again, this is a joke!

na its gone beyond a joke with them now.... im usually quite carm but there soon going to be reciveing a bit of hate mail

with delays they should keep you upto date at least once a week, ignoreing people will just go against them
