Mine also had that,I put baby powder on his face then washed it with soap and water and its fine.

it dosent effect the paint??

I would be very careful doing anything to sticky paint. It must not have cured/dried properly. I would leave it alone. Or ask for a replacement.

Yeah my face was a little sticky, but don't consider it a serious problem. The plastic wrap cradling the face even has slight paint residue, red FYI.

Overall it seem very minor, might just be one of the painting techniques.


Anyway, to echo a previous comment. Though I'm still willing to allow Enterbay a chance to make amends it will be very difficult for me to buy directly from them again.

Its paint so it will dry, depends on temperature and how long it will take to dry.

It may not. If oil paints are not mixed and cured properly they never dry, they just crack eventually.

No way of telling mate, it could dry normally, it may not, it could get worse depending on what the actual reason is. I would get it replaced, it's not the first case of this I have heard of.

right out of the box, the face was slightly sticky .... but after a few days exposed dries, quiet ... then it is normal to have retouched by hand
