I recently sold two Batgirl busts on eBay. One of the busts was in the box, the other loose. The loose one broke in shipping. The items were fully insured, and thus replaceable. Here is the communication between ryan1383 and myself...

Hello There,
I am not happy. I thought I was getting a Batwoman Bust,
instead I got TWO Batgirl Busts. You listed this item incorrectly,
and you also left out that the second BATGIRL bust was broken, I
LOOKED all over in the box for the broken batarang, but it's not
in there, and if you tell me that it busted off in transport, well
then you can add that to the list of your problems right now as
bad packaging. Now, I will be happy if you just refund the
shipping charges. And I see now why you didn't get back to my
original email I sent you inquiring about the Batwoman and
Batgirl Busts, I knew that I was wrong to assume that you just
didn't post a picture of the Batwoman bust, you just posted the
Batgirl picture.... AND YOU HAVEN'T LEFT ME POSITIVE
FEEDBACK YET!!!! I am giving you three days to refund the
shipping charges, and leave me feedback, or to just respond to
me. I will leave you Negative Feedback if you don't

shipping. You got an amazing deal on the busts, and if you want a refund,

I am not playing games. Maybe you didn't understand my last
message. I want the Batgirl Bust. No I did not get a great deal on
these, what I got is a piece of batcrap and a good Batgirl Bust. I
can't do anything with the broken one, you didn't tell me it was
broken. And you listed this wrong. It's not a game, it's the truth!
Reread your auction SELLER! Just refund the shipping and we're
good. I don't know that you will refund my money if I send you
the Batgirls back. -Ryan

Look, the auction listed a picture of what you were getting. If
you didn't understand, you should have asked BEFORE bidding.
If you want to file a claim with the post office for the broken
bust, I will send you the insurance paperwork. You can get
money back on that and all will be well. I am not refunding your
shipping cost. You not only paid less than retail for the bust in
the box, you paid less than what they go for on ebay. If you
want to return both busts, I will issue a refund. You have two
options here, but I am not going to just hand you my wallet and
let you take what you want.

Fine. I have no idea how to file a claim with the post office, but
it's not their fault it's yours. Listen you don't know the difference
between Batwoman and Batgirl. Not my fault you're selling stuff
you obviously know nothing about. I am not asking for your
wallet, I am just asking for you to be fair about this, your listing
was misleading, you should have just sold the good Batgirl and
listed it as Batgirl, because she's definetly not Batwoman, if you
read comics, you would know that Barbara Gordon is not
Batwoman, therefore, Batwoman should have never been added
as verbage to your listing, it should have listed Batgirl, and
Batgirl only. You were trying to juke some poor ebayer into
paying more for a piece of crap, which you alluded to in your
listing as Batcrap. You were right on with that only you should
have listed that the piece was broken. I did ask you a question
and you never RESPONDED!

mad because you felt misled about what you were buying. In
your first email you said you wanted the Batwoman, then in your
second email you said you wanted Batgirl. You don't even know
what you are talking about. Get real. Do you try this crap on
