Does Sideshow actually charge if you don’t send pics of destroyed items?

I am just curious if they actually will charge your account if they don’t get your pictures of destroyed parts. Is it all just empty threats or do they actually charge your credit card?

If you've received something from Sideshow...they already have your money. If a statue arrives broken then you have to send pics to get a refund or replacement.

I had this happen to me twice and Sideshow's customer service took care of me in a timely manner. It was easy peasy.
