It seems like SE got reviewed way before he was shipped to the general public.

I know CC is shipping next week, but I'm just anxious to see more pics/hear more about him I guess.

It was a few weeks after the initial SE shipments before Big Bad started shipping theirs, I'd imagine about the same for CC.
