I selected two items from the "Second Chance" list and only one of them took the coupon code, which means the code input and checkout process work, but SS screwed up the scripting for the other item I wanted. Aren't the tech guys keeping up with these glitches?

I was just about to say the same thing... and if that is the case then come Monday morning when they all return the phones are going to be ringing off the hook with people complaining and the emails will mealt down SSCs systems...

I take it this kinda happens everytime they have a B&W Friday? This is my first one so have no idea if this the norm or not!

Then what's the use of having that really long list under the 2nd Chance tab? That new list is only about a quarter of the original list.

I want to know what the use is of having THIS under the 2nd chance tab:

As far as I see it, when you click on the SECOND CHANCE tab, and get the text that starts with, "Your special coupon code is good for 50% off one order of any single item or combination of items listed below...", if you place an order for that item within the timespan of the offer - even if the system does NOT accept the code - SIDESHOW should be obligated to honor what has been posted on their site... ERRONEOUS or NOT.
