It's very intriguing with some cool characters and some great performances. I don't know how long you can sustain a series about a haunted house though. Eventually they have to go, "you know, we should move..."

1. So I'm guessing the teenage patient is the guy who wore the Gimp suit into the bedroom and seduced the wife. Also guessing he's the one who got her pregnant.

2. Something weird with that housekeeper. Since she's been there for three sets of homeowners, she's deeply involved with whatever is going on in the house.

Based on their initial reactions, it seems like whoever is living in the house isn't aware that it's "haunted". Also they could do different people (stars/casts) living in the house per season. But I see your point.

They had sex earlier that day when he was helping her clean up the wallpaper mess, so that could make him think he got her pregnant. After the Gimp sex, he came back into the room later dazed looking like he didn't just have sex with her. Unless there are some possessions going on in the house.

oh.........i must have missed that part as i thought they started to but got into the fight that led to him saying the no sex in a year. i did get up a few times during this so i may not have seen that part.

i guess i need to watch this again to fill in the few minutes i missed.........plus just to see what i saw again. it was shot so freaky chopped up anyway & had me asking myself if i had seen what i thought i saw ........
