biker scout and bike for this price would be a no brainer instant buy!
No way will it be that cheap. Gotta figure 130 for the Scout Trooper alone, then maybe another 100 or so for the Speeder Bike. I'd say a combo pack would be in the 250 range.

But on the optimistic note...if we do get lucky and it comes in cheap...say even at 150.00 (considering the Stap was about 115.00)...I'll get every one of them that I can at that price.

I think so too. Of course, I'd love it if it were cheaper, but I don't get the b*tching, like it's some scandal. I mean, Bacara is $135 all by himself and he's just a plain clone with a tiny helmet mod. The prices of the clones are stupid and can't be justified with little mods and new paint schemes. The STAP is pretty awesome if you like Federation vehicles, it has a great stand and it comes with a figure. Obviously it's still marked up, but Sideshow was pretty reasonable with this release considering the ridiculous trend of overpricing figures these days.
I agree. A few bucks per month isn't too bad.
So how come STAP's escorted the Trade Federation tanks in almost every shot of the initial Naboo invasion but then when they actually go to battle are suddenly MIA?

Order one of them the other day. I like the idea of the flex payments. I find it odd that something that is only $180 has 7 payments. I would like to see that on a number of items.
It is because of the expected release date (3rd Q) but I agree what a wonderful option.

Depends on what your going to do with them. I did order this one over the 2 pack (who I'm I joking later this week I will order a 2 pack anyway). Cost you get a ship and a droid for $50 more.

I am thinking of buying 3 sets of the Droid but doing my own paint job on them. What kind of paint do you us? is there a site that gives a step by step on this?

Depends on how many droids you want. Me, Ill get at least one droid pack for display and maybe the STAP. I'm holding off on pre-ordering until they let some nore detials out about the STAP's features. Though SS flex-pay for this makes it super tempting to order now.

I dont think anyone has started painting one yet. Hopefully someone will and post a tutorial as far as what paints to use etc.
