since i got my Dp via popcultcha sideshow wont help with the missing eye plate. gotta be popcultcha to try and get replacement part but they are not responding should i just give up? really want to open.

same question, mine is still in box but was wondering if there was any noticeable signs of it being first or second batch etc

If ordered from Sideshow you got the fixed batch. Overseas sellers on eBay is a grey area unless stated in the auction. At least that's my take on it.

If they received their shipment around the same time or after then I'd think you'd be safe.

Usually the US or sideshow shipments come in a shipper box.
