Don't want joints? Simple solution; buy the Sideshow PF statue!

Seriously... it's an ACTION FIGURE. Furthermore, It's an action figure of a dude who only wears a pair of ripped pants. So there is no outfit to cover up the joints.

I LIKE the exposed joints, it means that the rubber suit won't break from excessive use, and I don't play with them or anything, but leaving them displayed still causes problems. I could care two (!**@!@ how it's pulled off, either way is a toy unless in the near future they develop near human replicas like them expensive porn dolls... :rotfl

This figure is Beast and can't wait to have it, I am glad I was able to pre order it last month!!! huhuhu

There's always the "stretch and roar" hulk. I used it for my first attempt at larger hulk.

Geez, cool your ****ing jets. Everybody here always get so defensive whenever someone brings up exposed joints. I just wanted to see how people feel about the ones in this Hulk, they look pretty bad, even for an action figure. I still buy action figures, I just feel like it's time to try something new, specially for a figure like this. Rubber did not work, we all know that but other companies have came up with seamless bodies made of silicone. Silicone rubber is more stable and therefore less inclined to perish or otherwise deteriorate, better able to withstand higher temperatures and more resistant to attack by other chemicals.

I just feel like HT should try new things and push the envelope. You guys can't deny that this figure would look even better without joints. I know we'll get there one day though. I wouldn't be surprised if the Avengers 3 Hulk is a completely re-engineered figure.

You guys, man... no creativity and always so satisfied with the same old stuff.

I can't say the joints bother me at all. They seem well designed from what I can see.

I personally think the joints look fine. I don't think many people complain about visible joints on a smaller figure, and with a larger one like this, common sense dictates they'll be much more prominent (after all, the larger the figure, the larger the joints)... Then again, I do agree with you in the sense that HT should try new things every once in a while. That's pretty much inarguable.

(...Why do I seem to start a new page every time I post? :lol)

So you want a HT Hulk covered in silicone that when you raise his arms you get those ****ty unsightly wrinkles in the arms like all those other seamless bodies? Not to mention a silicone body of that size we would be looking at $500 for this guy. No thanks. I like what we are getting. For the $300. Lot of the pictures you can hardly see the wrist and ankle joints. Only prominent ones are the shoulders. And I can live with that.

I agree! HT should try new things and the only way to have no visible joints might be the phicen way? but that would make alot of people unhappy and those add more problems. For a first version hulk, it's very good and should be enjoyed!! I know I will!!! WOO!!
Maybe HT will make a better statue-lookalike figure but who knows when... :dunno

Well now that's its out. They can try new things. But I really dig this hulk. Now if we can get a second HS.

They can always experiment with no visible joints, no holes in hands, extra heads, rubber skin, etc when they create Hulk 2.0 aka The Avengers 2 Hulk.

I'm saying this hulk is awesome but it would be nice to see them try something new too as since its HT the chance of failure is less than say Enterbay (except their sculpts, which are pretty good) or other companies. The hulk we get now is a game-changer!

I was at Toy Anxiety today and the received a shipment of 1/4 Neca Lone Ranger figures. I was checking them out, admiring how big they were.

Then it hit me - this is how freaking big HULK is! Day-um.

Alright guys, thanks for the feedback. At least, I'm happy to see most of you want to keep moving forward and see more innovations. Enjoy your Hulks! :hi5:

the joints are not very visible at all, even the shoulder ones are pretty good in some pictures, except when the arm is lifted too far away from the body, then we can see the peg, but that cannot be helped!
I can't wait to get this figure and every other figure I have on PO (batman, joker dx's, t800dx's, catwoman etc) when I get home from studying abroad.
