The shoulder articulation in mine is soft, I can move the arms up and down with ease and the poses stay in place, the legs are kind of harder to move.
Was kind of hard to remove the bicep to replace it with the damaged one, thought I was going to break it and was afraid to damage the right arm. I am also trying to pull down the abs area but it wont give in.

As to shippers, some collectors believe it's a part of the total package, the presentation, when it comes to a Hot Toys product, while others view it as just another box, no different from a BBTS or SS box. It's all about one's POV.

Mine arrived today. I just opened it up and took a look. This figure is incredible. I really need to spend some time going over each detail. While the Mk42 isn't my favorite Iron Man, I think this figure just shot to the top of my list. Need a die cast Mk3 now!

I am definitely on the "just another box" side.. Just protect my package and I'm good. Having the shipper is great when you go to sell your figures though. No hunting down a suitable box.. You already have one that fits perfectly!

Scuffed shipper doesn't bother me. Although I noticed my packages come in better shape from BBTS. I just hate when the actual figure box has wear.

Got mine today...Fantastic figure...but one of the foot 'panels' was off in the box...I am thinking it is not worth trying to replace...maybe I will just glue it...anyone else have a missing foot 'panel'?
