I think this version completely takes out the old one. The only thing the first version has is the book.

I think I prefer the first sculpt. This new one has a great likeness but there's something about the slightly open mouth that bothers me. He's not quite gurning but it looks a tad...odd.

Still buying it, mind.

I did too. No way hot toys don't go chasing after the $$$. I predict this will sit a retail for a long time because people who already have the first one won't be getting this most likely.

Those plastic swords type accessories never does a convincing job of looking like what it's supposed to be. Always comes off a cheap looking. The book doesn't have that problem
