Yes I have mate, I've just made a comment about it... Most people are going to think I'm mad, Martin and the Gore Group are my favorite sculptors and the Hulk is my character but not the gladiator...I'm a purist and the whole Planet Hulk story just doesn't do it for me.. Go figure...! ;) Do...

I love the Gore Group, Martin is my favorite sculptor and the Hulk is my favorite character but sadly I'm not into the whole Gladiator hulk character or story line...just my preference so I don't think I'll be going for this one... ...I'm sure I'm out on my own on this one... :gah:

I know man, if I'm honest I don't feel Hawk is in quite the right pose either but on both occasions I chose aesthetics over pose. The Bowen Ultimate Cap and Koto Hawk are my favourite 1/6 statues for these two guys.. Maybe it'll wear on me and I'll feel the need to change it later!! ;)

OK so my Koto Hawk finally arrived and it's so much a better piece in every way....the Bowen Hawk is going on the market!!! The rocks under foot look a little fake and are a temporary prop until I get around to making something better... :pfft: :yess:

True, some guys have said they don't care. It just seems a shame that those who collect either 1/4 or 1/6 only will not be buying this one...SS have limited their market a bit.. ...though Im sure it will sell, it's a nice statue!

I'm not sure you can buy these can you? I think the Hulk is a private commission? Have you seen the Hulk for sale? How much? Bit too 'toy-like' for me but not bad all the same...probably looks good up close! Agree about Wolverine...arguably the best Wolverine ever made!!

Anyone else seen this 1/4 scale commission..looks like by Joel Zartiga.. Not bad... I found it on a site for Joel Zartiga works...his Wolverine statue is just amazing also...!!

Oh right...well OK, I guess as it's not a commercial release, it'd still be very exclusive, you'd just need to make sure it was painted really well... I paid $900 for my Hulk vs Spidey so it's not such a bad deal...

Yeah, I think it's the skin colour more than anything and the lack of detail in the skin tone/shading, unless it's just the camera but it all just looks a bit red and flat.. The tree is amazing though...not so keen on the red eyes or the Sabertooth head in general...just not up to the other...

Wow yeah I agree, it's a good price and worth that. I have however seen some not so great paint work on another one...you'd want to be sure yours is like the one above...not this one IMO (below) More pics found here... Wolverine Alt Paint

I think the masked head ruins this piece sadly, the heads without mask look much better...
