FYI, the pictures shown so far are just from a prototype: a quick casting and quick paint just to be ready on time to display something for SDCC. The casting was not perfect and the paint was not final either... due to lack of time. Simple as that. Yes raw unpainted pictures from the sculpt...

you can't compare a super limited piece (ADI) made by artists based in LA with US rates, with a very large edition product (P1/CP) made by chinese factory with chinese rates. First piece takes 12 to 16 weeks to be made, each time. Second one is made by an army of people assigned to one or few...

I talked to them yesterday and for now the material list is not yet defined and can't be confirmed. They won't reveal it for now... Hopefully it will be something else than plastic / PVC stuff...

yep there is no indication yet on what it is made of...

I like it except the apes feet/leg, the base and the ******ing cat. but it's an interresting design I would be tempted to just buy is and keep just the alien to make my own base... Still waiting for the final spec as well as I don't want it to be all PVC...
