Thanks again for the input folks! There is a happy solution here...we just had some bad ideas going into it all. It is true, you can't stop recasters...paint won't stop them. :) Hopefully we will just be able to be a reliable source for the castings folks want.

Allrighty, here's a first look at the castings, and a comparison for scale. Should be able to start the run of these next week, unless my schedule gets too busy. :)

That would certainly be a good idea. It's a hefty amount, especially when you factor in the cost of the rest of the custom. The quality will no doubt be there, though. I can't wait to see a fully finished Don! He's really gonna class up a shelf. :) Trev
