Yeah, it looks like a proto so things could change. You can't change Afflecks leg/torso ratio though.

Nice. Will preorder and can't wait for Superman. At this point I'll 100% believe they are going to do 2.0s of other figures. Leason learned with Jack Sparrow.
that’s true, but unless you have the exact same camera setup, angles, stance etc. It won’t ever line up perfectly. Legs are def a tad too long though.

Hot Toys’ release schedule for 2024/2025 is FULL too. Their output has been so slow that, even if Catwoman and Penguin went up tomorrow those suckers wouldn’t be in your hands until 2026, if that. We’re talking 15 years since the license was announced and Howard said they were coming. It’ll be closer to 20 years then it was 10, think about that.
Catwoman’s costume in 1/6 would be a mess too. They would **** it up. Not only could she barely move and pose, the costume would be made out of the cheapest material they could find, and deteriorate in 4 years, then they’d announce a 2.0.

I’m just wondering if Mars cancelled their Pfeiffer Catwoman. There hasn’t been a peep about her after she “won” their fan vote, they even deleted the renders they posted.
Someone on here said that they cancelled plans for a DX09 reproduction when rumors were circulating that Hot Toys was redoing the 89 suit. I’m curious if that could be the case here too.
Both Prime1 and JND are giving Batman Returns some attention too, and it’s more curious to me if there’s a Returns reissue in the pipeline. They could be a lot more likely now.
Personally I’d rather Mars do them, but this would explain them going completely silent about her.
Overall I think this is cool set and one version of the character I’ve always regretted selling. Nice that it comes with basically everything that the previous two figures came with.
With that said, seeing the drastic difference in proportions between HT and InArt The Batman figures recently, it’s really hard for me to want to put an order in for this knowing that a potentially more realistic and accurate looking version is coming down the line.
If I do put an order down, it won’t be for while that’s for sure.

Yeah, that’s where I’m ending up with it too. Plus I have Hot Toys Battle Damaged Armored Batman 1.0 which to me is pretty awesome. I still display it regularly. It’s the very first figure I ever got, actually.
It would help to get confirmation that InArt’s BvS Batman will be the mech suit.
The 1/4 scale Sideshow statue did too. Seems to be only the armoured stuff.

Might be worth trying it with this one. Angle looks nearer and it's on set. Just pretend he doesn't look like a Lego character because he's smiling.

A lot of the Iron Man figures had diecast pieces with plastic battle damaged parts and the parts that were damaged diecast were always a bit softer in the details.
That one seems a lot closer to the figure actually. The legs look a lot longer there.
A strange choice if you are casting anyway.

I've been wanting the battle damaged version forever. This 2.0 will be the first Batman with this much diecast on the figure - love it!
The clean armor and battle damage armor are essentially two figures in one. Love it!

Looks so freaking good!!
I'm curious to see what they do for Superman. An additional battle damaged face with spear cut? Swap out damaged S from Doomsday? Or will they just go the basic route?
