Love those pics DaveJames. I'm going to wait for the new Black Widow movie and see what we get there. Surely HT will pull out all the stops for that one. She was HT's top selling figure around AoU time.

Im a little surprised the secondary prices have held up on this with the endgame and solo versions ( I'm guessing 2) coming over the next 2 years.

Yes, I am a bit surprised as well but not much. The sculpt on the CW version is great and the costume not only looks fantastic but IMO allows for some really nice poses.

Personally not a fan of the vinyl hair for her so happy to have the CW version (along with AOU and TWS) and I really like those films.

Fantastic job on the hair! Makes for a great action shot.

I’m packing away figures for my move and have been compelled to take a few snaps in the process. There is a great shot in the opening fight of Civil War I always wanted to replicate of Widow but I could never quite get it. This is close as I could get without breaking the figure. Impossible to include her Bite wrist weapons due to the tightness of the coat. Did a little bit of Photoshop enhancement to tidy up her hair.

Nice work! I was a really big fan of that look as well.

Just picked up a CW Widow HS from one of our finest boarders. As usual, pics do not do it justice.



The Winter Soldier Black Widow has always been THE definitive BW for me, but I cannot deny that this CW head sculpt is just leagues beyond her predecessor. Now that the swap has been made, it's time to ditch the floof roof for a matching long bob

The Civil War head sculpt is in my opinion, still the best Scarjo head sculpt that HT has made. That whole CW line still has some of the best head sculpts tbh.

Looking forward to seeing it with the WS hairstyle!!

Agreed on the CW sculpt having the best likeness (though I still like the A1 sculpt the most). Interestingly enough, the IW sculpt was based on the CW one, but it wasn't painted the same way and lost some of the likeness (the platinum blonde hair didn't help).

Hot damn. I never posted in this thread. But it's been pretty dead for a long time sadly. New figures are more popular and all that. But here are some pictures I found on my Instagram from 2022 and 2021. Had to scroll way too long to find these. I took some pictures last year but I never posted them

I still love this headsculpt. The left arm on my figure doesn't want to bend more than 80 degrees. When it bends past that it just snaps back down, but the right arm can old its position. Very strange, makes posing this not too fun. But I'll never get rid of it since it's the last black widow with a cloth outfit. I really hate the materials hot toys uses now, even though endgame and solo movie versions are very fun to pose, I just don't trust their longevity.
