Man, I really can’t wait for this one, and Dumbledore. And I didn’t even want the early year versions of those characters, but you can just tell how exceptional these figures are going to be.

Same. I prefer the later/darker movies so never intended to get the younger versions of the characters, but Harry looked too good to pass up on. Harris Dumbledore looks great as well, though I'm not 100% on if I will get him. Gambon was my favorite of the two

I thought Ron was some 1/1 wax statue. One hell of a sculpt there.
Hermione seems to fall short of KA Kim’s Hermione that she did for Star Ace though. Hoping they improve her a bit but they all look great. Ron is something else. They captured his awkward smile perfectly.

That Ron sculpt is REALLY good. The smile captures his character so much.
The Hermoine is good too…..but…i hate to say it, like i’m gonna be sick evening typing this, my skin is crawling….but the Star Ace maybe had a very slightly better sculpt.
In saying that, InArt may tweak the face. Her hair looks very good.

I'm so excited for this line! I absolutely love these dioramas you can get with them, and now how they will all look once out together. I can't imagine how great the Ron will look in better lighting conditions. The Hermione does look to need some tweaking to get it right, but maybe some of that is the lighting as well.

What I like most about Ron, besides the sculpt is that they got the hand-me-down quality of his robes right.
Ron is incredible! Hermione is unfortunately the weakest but as an overall she looks great as well.

Dumbledore and the main 3 kids is going to make for an amazing display. Not sure if we’ll see much beyond those but Hagrid, Malfoy, Snape, McGonagall, or Voldemort would all be good next choices.
I think they should do Harris Dumbledore and call it for the kid versions.
Then they do the rest along with Gambon Dumbledore paired with older versions of the Golden Trio.

But to be fair, Star Ace’s young Hermione is EASILY Star Ace’s finest product from back when they were young and ambitious having scored a major license with HP and had enough of their initial capital available to hire the incredible K.A. Kim as sculptor. They never touched that level of greatness again after year one or two nor did they ever come close.
But if we’re going to be honest, we’re going to have to call balls and strikes true. And while I have every confidence that InArt will improve that Hermione a great deal before she makes it to market, there is just no denying that this proto they’re showing now is so inferior to K.A. Kim’s Star Ace effort that it would be LAUGHABLE if we weren’t so busy crying!
That’s just the way that it is…
Why would you compare a prototype to a final product?
