The 360 got Penguin? That is still not fair, but its better than nothing :P .. But I'm a true believer that one day the 360 will get Joker as a DLC and PS3 will get the Penguin.

Yeah, I hate the DR save system, but like Darth said, it adds a bit to the 'survival horror' theme for the game. I'd personally like it to be changed though!
