I got my new head and cape yesterday. The old helmet had more marks on it that I didn't even notice. The new one is perfect.

Re: Darth Vader (Mythos) Statue I don't know which Mythos I like more, Vader or Fett. I'm glad I have both.

I'm waitlisted for a replacement helmet and cape. I'm ok with that, didn't want to have to return it and eat what I paid in duties.

If I do get a refund offer, I'll apply that and my reward points on a regular Vader, I'll display one with the anakin head and I'll sell off the other bits.

I emailed sideshow 2 weeks ago, I hadn't heard back from them, I was assured in a live chat a week ago that my email was received and that I would get a response. Nothing, I did another live. Hat yesterday, they couldn't find my email. So I sent my pics, which included the Vader cape and helmet...

After I get every figure I want, I am done with SSC.... Just not sure when that'll be.

I still haven't received any emails , however.

I emailed them on Jan.22, I did live chat about a week later, they had received my email and it wasn't lost like I thought it was.

Yeah that's bad, doesn't look as bad as mine, but it's still nowhere near what a 250 + dollar piece should look like, if I was buying this at walmart! I'd look for a better one. If they don't send a new head, I won't be a happy camper.

Mine is very noticeable, and after seeing pics of these pristine non battle damaged helmets, I don't regret contacting SSC.

My box had an orange round sticker on the back, does that mean scarred helmet and frayed cape?

My battle damaged helmet Cost me over 300 bucks for this, kinda underwhelmed, if that's the right word.
