Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's an attached piece too. On the first statue the problem was that it wasn't attached flush against the main body so you could really see it was a separate piece. It's attached well on the replacement--and fair enough that when you aren't looking for it it's hard to see...

Replacement just arrived today! After a careful inspection everything looks good except it's once again chipped in the same place. :slap But this one at least is easier to cover. It pretty much gets lost in the shadow of his sleeve unless I'm shining a light on it like in the picture.

That really sucks. I got Ashley too, and did note in the back of my mind how I'd never dealt with her before. But I haven't had any problems yet, knock on wood. Still waiting on my return label, so I guess I'll see how the rest of this plays out.

Yeah, unless Sideshow's stuck in a timestorm, something sounds very wrong with that. I sent my request on the 18th, and nowhere does it say they're out of bodies or can't manage an exchange in the response I received today.
