I would expect it to be on par with recent "regular" releases. Probably in the $235 to $245 range.

I don't have any experience with these Secret Base releases. Are they like chrome Midas that wont come out here, or are they like your standard exclusive that SS will get as well?

Based on the sales histories of past “like” figures and the fact that they are likely one time releases as anniversary figures.

Unless of course Hot Toys follows up the Dusty figure with “Dustier” DP in 5 years and then “Dustiest” 10 years from now .

I think this will definitely hold it's value, but not be a $500 figure in the future. Who knows with the Cap and IM; I can see that 46 getting up there like the others.
