Ah good point..they could do Justice League animated
The Justice League Martian Manhunter was accidentally teased by the designer/sculptor on Instagram in February and was likely also shown to press and industry people, who agreed not to take photos or talk about what they saw, at New York Toy Fair, so...we might see JL figures at Comic Con.

Good!

Give me some teen titans and some young justice as well. I collected a few in the YJ line years ago, solid figures , great bases. But short lived and they only made Robin, Red arrow and Artemis I think. Maybe a Batman.

But I want them all.

Titans and death stroke as well.

Still need a Solomon Grundy.

Venus fly traps?

Loads of villains to be made.

Loads of hero’s.

I still need Phantasm, but one with a unmasked version, and some of the tomorrow land type accessories and robots would be cool maybe double pack with a joker and some of those, I don’t know.

The kitchen diorama.

I’d appreciate a Wayne manor play set as well. With the clock and a staircase leading to the bat cave. Have some armor in the manor halls. Wayne paintings.

The Batman trophy collections and some armor cases with empty suits would be a nice expansion type pack. Lit up ;).

Take some modern hero’s and villains and make them Dini style, plenty of lanterns to cover I would buy up.

They really have a wide variety of options, but I’m not sure how much interest they have in what or what other collectors will want.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Superman the Animated Series Figures, then Batman Beyond and Justice League/JLU figures, although I wouldn't complain about a mix kinda like what they did with the Batman line, which still isn't quite finished. After we've gotten reasonably complete lineups of characters (heroes and villains and Lobo) from those series, if DC Collectibles wants to make other characters that didn't actually show up in his cartoons in Bruce Timm's style, more power to them..

I own some of the Batman figures, and the Batmobile. Im hoping that the line gets expanded to include wiseguys, and other mobster figures in the Batman toyline. Maybe a kid version of Richard Grayson and a Tony Zucco 2-pack.

I could see them doing a Lobo with his bike, similar to how we got Roxy and her rocket.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Hey so question for the group. I am starting to work on customizing some figures for this line. I have so far been using other BTAS figures as bases but am looking for additional options for base figures. Does anyone have any recommendations on any 6-inch figure lines that are similarly minimal in design or also in an animated style? Those would make excellent base parts and require less sanding/sculpting compared to figures based on realistic looks.
Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you!

Well, you can create Clock King from Riddler figure. The body is the same, you have only to customize the face and add a botton on his jacket.

Thank you I agree that's the base figure I will use when i eventually make a Clock King Custom :D I think BTAS Riddler will be a good base figure for a lot characters who are wearing suits.

BBTS has a lot of this line on clearance right now. I picked up a few I was missing/wanting.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

So can't say much. But I'm a close to a friend that is now working at DCC and he's working on the Animated Line. He use to work at NECA. I asked if line is dead. It's not dead just slowed down. There's gonna be stuff at SDCC.

Slowed as in “dying”, or slowed as in “a bunch of stuff will come out together down the line”.

I do hope they have stuff at SDCC, such a great nostalgia line of figures. I’d hate to see these end.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

DCC just released pics of the new SHAZAM/Black Adam 2-pack for their Essentials 2.0 line. They're clearly still in the action figure business.

My question is if they're allowed to continue making Animated figures in the 6" scale or if it has to move up to the 7" scale.

I'm wondering if this is the Justice League line. I have a feeling those single figures have been rethought into a seven pack. Which will be annoying to me, as I only want Batman...

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Those Batmobile shots are dope
I've had mine for like two years and haven't opened yet, I need a spot to put it on display, I don't want to tease myself until then lol
