I felt the same way on my first viewing but still more memorable than Iron Meh 2, Week of Ultron, Ant-Meh, and Civil Whore, though.

You are definitely not going to like Black Panther. :lol

Oh man I would take Civil War and Ant-Man way before this Thor 3

It is on par with AOU, IM2, IM3, and Dr. Strange.

Oh no.. The films Dr. Strange has been in have been pretty bad.. I hope the trend breaks with IW.

It was too silly, the last Thor was too dark then they went all out with the colors and silly-ness of this one.

Thor is dumbed down to the point where he's about as entertaining as watching a gym-rat at a spelling bee.

Most the jokes fell flat on their face.

Ruffalo was boring to watch, the movie wouldn't had changed much if Hulk wasn't even here.

Hella was lame, the actress tried to hard. Not even hawt, she looked like a bald elk half the time.

Is this Guardians of the Galaxy or Thor?

Tried too hard to be like deadpool, especially the opening scene.

Loki was ok, but again, not much for him to do other than be there.

Story was uninteresting with absolutely nothing in it that I didn't see coming.

Grandmaster could have been cut out, nothing would had changed. He was horrible, straight cringe every time he was on screen.

How many times are they gonna shock someone or make another ass/poop joke... OPE there's another!

Need I go on?

I can't argue with this. :)

Not really. I see why people don’t like it. Goes to show that mcu Thor is so boring they don’t know which tone to put him in. Had to pull a gotg type movie to ge people talking. I thought Thor was all about magic and Norse mythology. Not laser ships and neon lights and guns. But hey I don’t think we’ll see him again after infinity so whatever

lol look at the first title concept of this movie vs how it is now. It’s like marvel after the second Thor movie was a snore fest the studio decide to Go 80s!

I mean, whoever was responsible for makin' final design decisions actually saw this at some point...

I love Ragnarok. People are too cynical these days.

Has nothing to do with being cynical.

If the humor landed then I would have been fine with the approach.

It tried to be a comedy.

For me it failed at being funny.

Therefore the movie failed for me.

Like I said.. If you think korg is funny and was great in the film then you probably love the whole movie.

If you don't like the Korg character then you will probably hate the film as the whole movie is one big Korg :lol

Other then the Human characters in Thor 2 (they would have been more at home in Thor 3 with their goofy humor) I find Thor 2 to be perfectly fine. Not great but better then part 3 and about as good as part 1. I always felt that if you took the part 1 and 2 and blended them together you could have a pretty great Thor movie.

Watch Scary Movie 2, 4, and 5 or that Ghostbusters reboot if you want truly God-awful comedies. I still stand by making this film a comedy to be the wrong decision but at least it's not as bad as the aforementioned films.

Just because it's not at the bottom of the pit doesn't mean it's good either. :dunno

BTW, I've had this discussion with my friend for days after we saw this movie.
He loved it because for him it's just a stupid blockbuster with Goldblum and Led Zeppelin.

They didn't even go all the way with it.
The artist who drew some concepts for original THOR movie brought this...

... to the table. It has the "scrap built" quality to it and actually looks like something from 80's cosmic Marvel.
But nope, simply adding turquoise shin guard and a red shoulder pad to his black costume is so much better.
