Those 2 boxes were sitting on pedestals lolololol

Lol, and why did the two boxes on pedestals draw Steppenwolf right to them while the third reduced these intergalactic invaders to run of the mill robbers who trash your dad's apartment digging through his dirty clothes hamper, dumping out his golf clubs, etc. They kind of went sideways from the epic "FOTR" narrative with that one, lol.

Hands down JL

Thor 3 is competent but JL will keep you in the discussion here. Thor 3 thread is already dead.

I concur. Thor 3 might be the more "respectable" entry but when all is said and done was still pretty forgettable. Watch JL and then come here for the lulz.

Is 'Justice League' the 'Suicide Squad' of 2017?

It is a bit, but people are just annoyed that WB didn’t do this film as well as it deserved!

SS got away on being a bad film. Maybe it was the power of having Will Smith in it, that bought a lot of energy.

JL has Ben and Henry, that to me seem to have lost interest and enthusiasm for it. I don’t blame them as this is not what they signed up for.
Affleck especially, after being persuaded by Snyder to be Batman in a dark more gritty movies. And now he has to be all funny instead of serious.
Both actors look awkward in interviews, and look like they don’t want to be there.

Those 2 world destroying cosmic boxes were sitting on pedestals out in the open lolololol

Well Thor does open with his version of a Russo Cap/BvS warehouse action scene and JL has no such moment. The end battle of Thor is more entertaining than JL's finale as well. A lot of the jokes in the middle of Thor are at the expense of other MCU films (mostly Thor 2 and AOU) so if your friends aren't familiar with those movies they might not be able to appreciate it as much.

If you really do just want to have fun at the movies with your buds then Ragnarok is probably the way to go. If you like Batman's gadgets or are a fan of Gadot as WW though then JL definitely doesn't disappoint.

Man watching Grace’s non spoiler JL review was painful.

She loves contradicting herself.

She complains that Ezra should’ve been reigned in with his interpretation of Flash and same for Momoa Aquaman then in the same review states that the talent needs to be given alot more freedom to create something unique.

Which one is it, reigned in or cut loose?

Then she states there are no plot holes to worry about.

Really how about the big one with Superman waking up wanting to murder Batman just because the last movie was titled BvS even though they were already the trinity by the end of BvS.

She’s a hot mess and I don’t mean hot as in sexy either lol

I don't see that as as plot hole. Superman did not remember Wonder Woman she even said "Ka-lel the last son of krypton". Superman also said to batman "I know you" then attacked him and said "tell me do you bleed". To me that is telling me he remembers them fighting and not anything else after that. Its not out of this world to think he might remember somethings and not others.

It's incredible how Arrow S1/S2, The Flash S1 and even Legends S1 are sooooooooo much better than these ****ty DCCU movies.
I'd be really pissed off at JL if it wasn't for the fact that all the shows went full retard after their first seasons.

:fireworks Congrats. :fireworks

I'm glad someone else has noticed this.

Affleck seems so fed up with the whole thing. He knows the films aren't that good and he seems embarrassed.
I get the feeling that he wants to make more serious films - The Accountant and Live by Night - but all anyone
asks him about is Batman.
He seemed really up for it at the start and he seems to really work hard in BvS but ever since the poor feedback,
he's had enough.
It's a real shame because his Batman is excellent and if he was in a more grounded world perhaps - no parademons
or big CGI monsters - he could be the star of an excellent Batman film.
DC are rushing these films out in order to compete with Marvel and it just isn't working.

My hope is that he keeps going and we get some more back to basics Batman films - they could re-imagine
the Penguin, Two Face, The Riddler and so on and have some cracking films.
Do one villain a film - kind of like The Animated Series. Basic crime fighting story with a great hero and villain.

Dont forget the years of mockery and hate from daredevil
