I got this latest update from Debbie from Tweeterhead about the Romero Joker:

We had a little delay. *Chad put an update on our FB page. *If you are on FB make sure to like us!!! *What happened is the boxes for Joker had to be reprinted. *They are on the way as of today and it will take 2-3 weeks for us to have them to ship. *We are so sorry for the delay but also are glad it was caught before they were shipped! *Hope this helps. *Sorry for the inconvenience. *

I ordered mine thru Tweeterhead and they told me on Friday, 07-07 they would start shipping. I was also told a tracking # would be provided, but it never came.

If you ordered thru entertainment earth, they ship fast.

You're not the only one who's frustrated...I'm still waiting to hear back on a problem I had before Christmas....ugh

This is exactly why I will never ever buy from Tweeterhead... they once had me wait 6 months for a replacement Robin 66... They told me it would take 2 weeks...it took a little over 6 months. Tweeterhead could produce the most amazing statue and I would never trust them or buy anything they produce. I received so many lie emails from Debbie in a 6 month period my head was spinning... I just counted them they are 28 in total all saying "Robin is shipping tomorrow".. "We received Robin, he's here, he's going out tomorrow will send tracking"... It took 6 months.... I'm not a fan of Fibbing Chad or Tell them anything to shut them up Debbie.... Hope things work out better for you all... although I love the new lie "boxes had to be reprinted"...LOL! Good luck folks!

I like the exclusives so that's why I go with Tweeterhead most of the time when placing an order but it's so freaking frustrating...

Delays are delays but direct fabrication of truth from Fibbing Chad and Tell them what they want to hear Debbie was just to much for me to handle X4 statues and for 6 months for a replacement Robin that went out for a base painting. Right there with you. I had my own well documented go-around with them, and I remember yours well. Their EX customers always get product last, EE is always first & then other retailers follow. Will never ever buy directly from them again, and their last couple of products announced are direct only. Good luck with that. These guys are flat out untrustworthy, period.

It's a shame that most TWH threads turn in this direction eventually because they usually make pretty darn good product.

On a happier note, mine has charged & should ship Monday, arrive Friday.

Did they give you a tracking # already? Deb told me my tracking # would be coming and I figured last Friday cause that's when she said they would start shipping Joker. But I guess she meant retailers not anybody who ordered thru tweeterhead direct. These people got some nerve charging your CC when they know the product is not in their warehouse yet.

LOL did that to me with Robin 66 4 times and he wasn't even in the US at the time. It was to stall for time.... BUT fingers crossed they actually are shipping for you guys!

Has anybody's Romero joker ordered direct from tweeterhead moved at all? It seems they have not moved into the UPS facility yet. I guess either UPS has not been notified to do a pick-up or perhaps tweeterhead assigned tracking numbers without actually preparing them for pick-up. Either way, tweeterhead are a bunch of incompetents that just want to get around to it whenever sun shines brightest for them.

Sounds like you got the old fake shipping notice. And when it finally starts to travel you'll discover it wasn't picked up by UPS but rather dropped off at a local UPS store. I got a real shipping notice from EE & can confirm it's actually travelling.

Yeah I know Entertainment Earth is good, cause I ordered the Frank Gorshin Riddler and it arrived quickly. I ordered the Joker from tweeterhead cause I wanted that exclusive belt, but I can see now it was a mistake. Tweeterhead is not as organized as SS and only have 2 people doing the customer service. They are probably saving alot of money doing business the way they want and not caring at all about how they treat their customers. I also have Newman Catwoman coming next, but that's it. Never again order direct from these clowns again.
