I think Phase 2 Rex is the second best Clone Sideshow's done, only topped by Arc Trooper Echo & Fives. I have no doubt about it.

Wolf is pretty comparable to Rex as well, 4 heads! its crazy

Still looking for Arc Troopers to compare....I got Cody which isn't bad but the armor and coloring of the 501st is unbeatable imo

I'm a fan of all of them. It's the only line of figures of which I have a complete collection. (I only need a Ninja Viper to complete my lineup of G.I. Joe, and a Thor, Iron Legion, and Hulkbuster to complete my AoU collection.)

That being said, yeah. Rex is definitely in the top five. In addition to the others mention (Echo, Fives, and Wolffe), I'd include the Bomb Squad Trooper, if only because of the paint and the unique accessories. The Sideshow team was really starting to churn out some next-level Clone goodness when the brass there pulled the plug. Shame.

At any rate. Here. Look at this pic I took of Rex this morning.

SS could make some easy loot by offering up some clone reissues or new releases (generic ARC Troopers, Galactic Marines etc). I know the license probably expired -- but it's Star Wars.

Rex is my favorite.



Even seen him yesterday at the Montreal ComicCon! Should've taken more pictures. The guy even looked like Temuera Morrison, same haircut as Rex and dyed his hair blond.

Echo & fives phase 1 was a two-pack set, phase 2 were individual releases. Phase 2 are excellent figures, but if I had to pick, I would still go with Rex II. Best clone in the line for me. Him and Wolf are the only two I really just cant seem to part with.
